How long does shipping take?

All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will make it right — no questions asked.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Sizing

How do the products fit?

We want you to feel confident before you order. Here is a general guide for each product type:

  • T-Shirts: Unisex fit with a relaxed, true-to-size cut. If you prefer a more fitted look, size down. 100% ring-spun cotton for a soft, premium feel.
  • Sweatshirts: Classic relaxed fit. Runs true to size. Ideal for layering — size up if you prefer extra room.
  • Hoodies: Relaxed, comfortable fit. Runs true to size. We recommend sizing up for an oversized look.
  • Kids Clothes: Sized by age range. Refer to the size chart on each product page for the most accurate fit guidance.
  • Mugs: Standard 11 oz and 15 oz options. No sizing needed — just pick your preferred capacity.

Print Quality

What printing method is used?

All apparel is printed using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) technology — vibrant, detailed prints. DTG printing applies ink directly into the fabric fibres, resulting in soft, high-resolution designs.

Our garments are made from 100% ring-spun cotton, chosen for its superior softness, durability, and print quality. Ring-spun cotton produces a smoother surface that holds colour beautifully wash after wash.

Care tip: Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low to preserve print quality and garment longevity.

Gift Cards

How do gift cards work?

Our digital gift cards are delivered by email and can be used at checkout on any order. Here is how they work:

  • Gift cards are issued in a fixed denomination and never expire.
  • The recipient receives a unique code by email, which they enter at checkout.
  • Gift cards can be used in combination with other discounts, including our 10% off your second item automatic discount.
  • Any unused balance remains on the gift card for future purchases.
