Print-On-Demand Reality
We work with a print-on-demand (POD) partner to produce each item only after you order. This setup lets us offer a wider range of merch without storing boxes of stock, but it also means:
• Lower margins for us, as each piece is printed individually.
• Our printing vendors won’t take returns on printed merch.
So if you send something back, we’re left with a one-of-a-kind item that can’t just go back on a shelf.
Still, we want you to love what you bought—so here’s how we handle returns.
1. For EU Customers
1.1 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
Since we’re based in Germany (part of the EU), all EU customers get 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know if you want to return it.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (including any tags).
• Proof of Purchase: Keep your order confirmation or receipt handy.
• How to Start: Email us at hello@adonissugarkitty.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll send you return instructions.
1.2 Return Shipping
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• You must use a trackable method if possible, so we can both ensure the package arrives safely.

1.2 Refund Process
• We’ll inspect your returned item once it arrives.
• If the return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
• Most refunds show up in your account within 10 business days, but timing can vary depending on your bank.
2. For Non-EU Customers
We’re not legally required to provide the same 14-day returns outside the EU. However, we still want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is wrong with your order (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), please contact us at hello@adonissugarkitty.com, and we’ll try to make it right.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your merch arrives looking damaged item or print, let us know ASAP at hello@adonissugarkitty.com. We’ll either replace it or give you a full refund once we confirm the issue.
